Xi’an Looking For Talent From Silicon Valley
A Delegation from Xi’an , China’s largest R&D Center, will visit Silicon Valley at May 7. Led by Mrs. Jianrong Dang, the Deputy Director General of Xi’an Hi-Tech Park which is one of the 5 certificated Hi-Tech Parks in China by Central Government to recruit and attract overseas to either Start up business or work inside the park. Mrs. Dang has more than 15 years experience in the hi-tech park, and witnesses the hi-tech park from nothing to the well developed area which ranks top 5 nationwide in comprehensive category issued by many authorities.
The delegation also includes the Director of Human Resource Center which has strong connection with enterprises all over the city and the Deputy Director of Xi’an Incubation Center where many small business and oversea start-ups are located, who knows the related regulation, supportive policies and other necessary information well to help answer questions the overseas might have in mind. More than that, several successful oversea entrepreneurs who relocated and started business in Xi’an are invited to share their stores and experience at the event.
During the event, valuable information as below, but not limited to, will be brought on for your consideration:
1). General policy issued by central government for attracting overseas to start up business or work in domestic enterprises.
2). General background about Xi’an city, including infrastructure, business and living environment, resources and competitiveness advantages as well as overall industries

China’s R&D Center Expands Support for Outsourcing Business
Xi’an, well known as R&D centers for lots of large companies in China, had enhanced its effort in software offshore outsourcing. As the outsourcing center for Huawei, ZTE, Datang Mobile, and many other software companies, offshore outsourcing had succeeded BPO in the past two years. The XA high tech zone, which hosts most of the offshore development centers, release lots of new policies in supporting offshore outsourcing companies recently.
